On Friday the 21st thru Sunday the 23rd of November, at the California State Railroad Museum located in, Sacramento California, there will be a myriad of model railroad exhibits to accompany the permanent excellent railroad museum exhibits.
I say this as a member of the Sacramento Modular Railroad Club and ours as well as a few others have been invited back once again to exhibit our layout and show the public what model railroading is all about.
While SMR is not the only club that will be representing model railroading, the point is that visitors can not only see what real railroading is and was like when they see and tour the prototype exhibits, but the little ones (the future of the hobby) can get an early and important introduction into model railroading.
