Model railroading article in The Daily Courier

Last week I was asked to talk to a reporter about the plans of a new model railroad group forming in this area. I expected to see a one paragraph article about old guys playing with toy trains, I didn't expect this.

I want to thank everyone for the wonderful responses and show of support.
Since the articles, I've been contacted by a number of people to discuss model railroading, the group forming and the area's railroad history.
I was informed that one of the first locomotives in this area, (an 1891 Rogers 4-6-0 construction number 4493) is in Ca. and has been in a number of movies and TV shows.
