    Excellant Ray, glad to see you got some Good Publicity.I hope they continue to be supportive of the idea.Its a monumental task you guys are tackling.My hats off to you and all involved.Not sure if I would have the energy for that kind of undertaking,I'm glad to see someone does though.Best of Luck!!!

    I want to thank everyone for the wonderful responses and show of support.
    Since the articles, I've been contacted by a number of people to discuss model railroading, the group forming and the area's railroad history.
    I was informed that one of the first locomotives in this area, (an 1891 Rogers 4-6-0 construction number 4493) is in Ca. and has been in a number of movies and TV shows.
    I did a little research and found this link.
