1) Probably not. Airports are BIG and trying to model them takes more space than most of us have room for.
2) No. There are articles on how to build a modern high-rise using Plexiglas and vinyl tape, but high-rise hotels are also big and seldom located near trains, and big buildings don't sell well.
3) Not specifically, but it shouldn't be too hard to find suitable buildings--I'd recommend looking at some of the European manufacturers' town-hall type buildings--brick, somewhat ornate, and just waiting to be covered in ivy. Student dormitories could be made from any brick-building kit with a lot of windows--any sort of older hotel building would do.
