    The problem is that there's no specification in the web page so the browser can tell what font to load. The browser will default back to whatever you've set as the default font set (probably one of the Latin iso sets) - this doesn't render Korean at all.

    I can retrieve the content correctly by a convoluted procedure of saving the source text and adding the line:

    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=euc-kr">

    under the <html> tag - then you've just got to find a Korean - English translator. If interested I can try to get the instructions in KorEnglish - the result of Babelfish translation.

    I know I didn't start the thread but I would be interested in the translations.
    Thanks in advance! :D

    O.k. - I'm a bit busy at the moment but I should get to it in a couple of days.

    Will e-mail the result.

    Someone who can write Korean in the group? Please e-mail the MAX7 site
    owner and ask him/her to fix his pages - the additional line needed is in a previous post.

    Anyone who wants a machine translation of the Korean instructions for these
    2 models please e-mail me.

    Be warned that the Babelfish machine translation of Korean isn't good.
