Maly Modelarz Essex question

How do I know what parts to laminate and how thick they need to be? I think I can figure out the hull frame parts thickness, but it looks like other parts will need to be laminated. Many parts, especially deck parts have dots next to the part numbers but I can't find a legend to tell me what this means. I suspect these are parts to be laminated. If so, how thick?:confused:
