Making an F7 LGB A&B Unit To make SOUND

I just purchased an LGB Southern Pacific A/B Unit F7 and I can't get it to make a sound. Does anyone have any clue as to how this can be accomplished? Thanks!

Does it have a sound decoder in it?

try calling the folks at LGB.

thank you so much for the reply..it turns out that we had not connected two wires....we only had tried one....now it makes a big sound and we are sooo happy!!! thanks again

Yes! Not having sound is like peanut butter without jelly, a movie without popcorn, Ozzie without Harriet....I could wax poetic but I'm too busy playing with the trains!
