Macross MAC II Monster

I decided to try to recolor this beast before I built one.

After fiddling with the files in Photoshop, I decided to redraw the parts in Illustrator. The original files look like they were cut out of something else in Photoshop.

I also thought about making a "vanilla" version, with no color, for people to color as they wished.

But I'm leery about offering it when I have no idea who the original designer was.

Does anyone know?

I've been through 3 computers and 5 hard drives since I downloaded it, I have no idea how many years ago. If I had a link, I'd have shared it.

Reading through the thread, Wulph later appeared and said it was his build, but not his model. And he'd lost the original.

Still hunting. If I can't find the author and obtain permission, I don't really feel right about uploading a recolor, since all I will have done is trace the parts and add some paint. Zathros' input would be nice about now...
