Looking for AHM S.P. Ore Cars...

Anybody know where or who is selling old AHM rolling stock? In particular I am looking for Southern Pacific short ore cars. If anyone knows of a stash of them someplace let me know. I would like about 10 of them. By the way... what ever happened to AHM anyway? Gone out of business I guess

Hi Vanda,
AHM was the distributor in the states for Rivarossi products.
It is possible that IHC have that honour these days although i'm not certain of that. If IHC is the distributor bear in mind that not all IHC offerings are of Rivarossi origin.
Good value ore cars were (and might still be) available from MDC (Roundhouse). It's a number of years since I bought a pack sold as a kit of three 22 ft woodchip cars Pt # 1501 which look like orecars to me. You might want to check them out on their website.
