Boy, if Castro would get his head out of his butt, he could probalby turn Cuba's economy around, just by allowing rail fans to watch trains. The wife and kids could go to the beaches while dad ran around with other dads snapping pics and hitching rides.

I'm sure the insurance requirements for the cane mills are fairly laxed.
