layout progress pictures

    Thought I would post some pictures of me scenery progress. I have only been working on it for a few hours (but over a couple of weeks, don't have too much time), and I am kind of pleased with the result so far. I still need to add more color and highlight to the rock face, and a lot more practice carving, but all in all, I’m pleased.
    I have tried both patching plaster over plaster and FixAll over plaster for the rockwork, and I think I like the patching plaster best, as it gives you a little more time before it sets.

    I know it’s not a lot, and that there is a long way to go (and years of practice) before I’m at you guys level, but hey, it’s a start, and I enjoy it.

    Time to go upstairs and pour some more plaster.

    Hi Jesper, looking good so far, Having fun with this hobby is what it's all about. Good photos as well.

    The wall with the tiered mainlines is my favorite. That will look super-kewl after it's done !!!!!!!!!!!!!
