You can bang these out by making a plug out of two part epoxy. Then use that plug to make indentations in soft two part epoxy and use a glue gun to fill the impressions (once they have hardened) having lined the holes with Vaseline, or some other release agent. You will then have the same part. This works for making many kinds of parts. I melted plastic and made an insulator for my M.G.'s ignition system using this method. If you want something really hard, use crazy glue with an accelerator.
