I have finished my first beta build of the fuselage of the 1:120 scale of the KC-135 Stratotanker...this plane developed at the same timeframe as the Boeing 707, in reality is a completly different plane with diffeent fuselage cross-section...I hope you'all enjoy these pictures! I'm looking forward to this one. I worked on the A and E models of the 135. A grand ole lady who did and is still doing her job quite well. I logged a few hours riding in her also. Not what you would call a comfortable ride. I remember the inside frosting up when we would reach close to 40k altitude. Not much heat to be had. But she always got us there and back. Ah yes, I do miss her.
