Kaslo Shops M420R build.

River Run

This has been posted on a few other forums, including mine. But I see many people here I don't see in other places so I thought I'd share this here also. I've been building this Kaslo Shops M420R for a month or so, and I'm taking pics as I progress. This is a resin kit that comes with photo etched parts. The frame however is not included with the kit. There is a lot of kitbashing involved. The recommended frame comes from the ATLAS U23B. I had to do a lot of cutting and machining to get it to fit. The I Beams on the sides are Evergreen 3/16 plastic. This locomotive is not going to be used for a prototype road, I'm building it for my freelanced River Run Road that is based in Ohio.

The grab irons, working hand brake cables (they actually pivot with the truck), photo etched grill work, battery boxes, photo etched steps, conductor's underside walkway supports, and traction motor cable channel have been added.
