K-Line Customer Service

    Does anyone have any experience dealing with K-Line Customer Service?

    I gave my son their Yardmaster set for Christmas. After using it a couple of times the coupler on the D&H hopper broke off. I emailed them and am waiting for a reply.

    I am just curious as to how responsive they are.

    You will probably hear from them on Monday. During the week, they are fast on replying. K-Line does listen to their customers. I have some of their cars and I'm pleased with them. I don't buy new 3 rail anymore, but their past track record has been good I've found. FYI, I'm into scale S and 2 rail O. I do have a lot of 3 rail that I set up with my boy's once in a while and run the traction tires off of.:p
