If that's boring, they're on the wrong forum! Or maybe they should take the lead from photo #2 and get some refer to liven it up a bit  Hey, is that a crossing that's half ripped out in the foreground of #4 or is it a turnout and the perspective makes it look funny? I was looking at the Laf map at Pappa Johns while I was waiting on my pie and I notice the tracks had 90 deg corners :D :D :D

Jon,
There is a 30 degree crodssing in there, but I don't think it shows in that photo...
I was digging around, & found some old 35mm pics I took when I was first building the layout...
I'll attach some recent ones too, to kinda give you an idea of the track plan.
This first one is a view to the left...

And here's a view of the crossing, & run-around track in the middle of the layout.

Hey Charlie, that's pretty cool seeing the trackwork, then the finished product. I'm going to take a lot of pictures along the way.

I saw a crossing with old track pulled out by little plastic people and the old track used to go to the engine house (left). Obviouse that I was wrong when seeing the pic on the right. Not that it really matters, I guess I was just curiouse. You know what they say, curiosity got the Catt. :D :D :D
