by the logging line bug...

I saw a show last night about JR Booth, the "greatest lumberman Canada ever produced". Looked up a bit more about him and found out about his little logging line - The Nosbonsing and Nipissing Railway.

The interesting thing is it might be possible to recreate this line in it's entirety, since it is (was) only 5 miles long. Quite possible in N scale, and probably in HO too (with a bit of selective compression...?). Might not have the best operational potential, but as a fine scale layout - wow... Could be very cool...
