Johnny Lightning Monopoly Tokens

I didn't know that you could buy seperate Monopoly tokens, especially different kinds of vehicles. You learn something new every day.

Actually, you cannot buy the tokens separately. The ones that I acquired came packaged with a larger car. I only wanted the tokens, so my kids got the larger cars which are about Hot Wheels' size.

I think most of the ones that I bought came from Wal-Mart or Target stores. The last ones that I bought said Release #4, and I bought them on clearance from Target for $1.98 each. The regular price was $3.99.
The last (4th) release has the cars already painted as you can see in the picture below. In the third release the token cars were a gold metal color. The first and second releases had silver tokens. The gold and silver tokens probably need to be painted, but the last release only needs details finished if you like the colors that they come in.

The other half of the Monoply sets are 1/64th as in S scale.Might I suggest that you enquire around to see if there are any S scalers in your area that might be interested in aquiring some cheap vehicles.
And no I am not interested in them,my secondary scale is 0n30.
Besides that I already have over a thousand 1/64th scale diecast cars and trucks.

This just goes to show you always check The Gauge before leaving the house. I'm on my way to wal mart something to add to the list Also my wife never complains when she see its a wal mart bag, I keep a few in the truck for when I go to the LHS
