Normally this would be grocery shopping weekend but now things are up in the air. My wife had a severe asthma attack on Wednesday and had to spend a night in the hospital. She is supposed to be avoiding the outside air as much as possible for the next few days.

I have track to weather and foam base for the hillside to work on the layout. I can also add ballast and ground cover in the area where I just installed a grow throw near the Cement Distributor. Some day I may even make the coal loads for the hoppers I have sitting around. I could even weather a P2K CNJ caboose that I should have done several weeks ago.

Sorry to hear about your wife Tom. I hope she is ok.

For this weekend, I plan to start some of the roads on my layout. And, if the switches come in time, I will lay down that track for the Mine area and then ballast the area. I just sent a check in the mail today for tons of scenic material for the mountains/hills and little creek area I plan to install. I also can start wheathering some train cars.

Post some pics if I get anything done this weekend.
