is there a track planing program for fastrack?

is there one for fast track? someone told me there was, but i cant find one.

fast track is atlas' version of the roadbed track?
if so you can use Right Track software developed by atlas. they should have fast track, if not you can use the regular snap track, its same dimensions just with no roadbed
