Hello all!

My first card "model" was actually an attempt at a suit of armor for Halloween. When I realized the Pepakura program was designed to do models I got interested in trying some. I made several plastic models as a kid (as I'm sure many here did as well) and have wanted to get back into building models for some time. Paper seems to be more forgiving, if you botch a piece, just print another! Plus there seems to be a certain extra "WOW!!! factor" when you show someone a really well executed model, and then tell them it's all paper.

As for interests: Aircraft, spacecraft both real and imagined, and general nerdery are where I'll spend most of my time.

Also - Rhaven, it won't let me respond to your message, keeps giving me an error. Rules read and understood!

Hello and welcome to Zealot!

There are quite a few members here who use Pepakura for making armour as well as other things.

If you have any photos of the models that you have already made, please feel free to post them (WE LOVE SEEING PHOTOS!)!

As for not being able to respond to the message that I sent you, do not worry about it. There seems to be a glitch in the system. It is being looking into now!
