    Took a look!

Not the same as the screen shots, (But that looks like some nice mapping work). Does anyone have a 3d mesh from that sim. model. It might save some time, (If it is accurate, and can be unwrapped). Just a idea. And thanks for the link to the screen shots.

I do not know or communicate with Mr. Ortmann myself, but everyone is welcome to join the Yahoo "Space Modelers" and "Paper Space Modelers" groups and make your own petition to him. The Space Modelers group is very active, and it is a job just to keep up with all the posts.

    1/24 Apollo

    Hello Again Everyone,

    Bengt's comments got me searching.

Ninfinger has pictures of LM5 by John Ortmann. He lists his e-mail on the photo as, and the picture is dated 2006.

Hope this helps. If you do acquire info or actual files, please let the rest of us know here. I too have been waiting impatiently for the Delta 7 Apollo.

    Good Luck,

    Steve Austin:)

    Good work, Carl,

Thanks for investigating this matter further through your channels.
Let´s hope that John Ortmann Jr. responds to the request via David Weeks. If there is anyone who is influential in these circles, he´s the man.

    Keeping my fingers crossed,
    Bengt :D

I've been waiting for an Apollo interior for years. It's nice to see I'm not the only one who'd be obsessed enough to build the inside of a CM.

The Apollo6.4.0 project file has a lot of .msh files like this - here's a textured version

    I don't need the textures!

I just want the file to unwrap. I can do the paint some time. If someone will forward the mesh. I still have not seen a email from the designer.

    Have agreat day,

    One other comment

You know, We need a good Mercury interior too!!

  14. Well if you like...

You could get the pack yourself and use UMC2 to unwrap - there are a lot of really nice meshes in this pack or I can do it for you - mqo OK?

I'll haev a look for Mercuy capsuals interiors -there's bound to be one as the ships can be pilotable from the crew station. the quality of these models are very high indeed/

If You will upwrap and send, then I will do the paint over the weekend.

    Wait A second!

I can still spray lead & ink by hand too!, (LOL). I know it will be a lot quicker this way, (Just trying to scale the tools, to the market pressure, (LOL)).

    have a great night,

I will paint the Mercury too. If You can get a unwrapped model to me.

  20. Unwrap

    Ooops! My big.

UMC2 doesn't unwrap (yet). I can supply the meshes in .mqo format which peperuka can read in - sometimes.

Anyway found a Mercury in Orbiter - no interior though.
