love the borg, so simple, so destructive
The Borg have perfect space-faring warships: since every face has a completely unobstructed view of the sky, every weapon can be trained on a target and the shield system won't be taxed by having to cope with odd shapes.
This one may never get completed. I get burned out really easily from looking at what amounts to a huge grid. It's necessary for the level of detail I'm looking at, and once it's done texturing will be a snap, but I just have to get it done.
Whether or whenever you finish (BTW, I know exactly what you mean), you came up with a cool idea. My first card model build was a little Borg cube and those remain the easiest way to start card modeling. But a super detailed one would be great. Personally, I'd probably want to size it down a bit, though. If I was to devote 4 square feet of living space to a paper box I have to find a way to store something in it.
