This is something i made out of fustration when my local hobby shop didn't have that little plastic tool to hold the track.

all i did was take a square piece of wood "1 1/2 X1 1/2 in my case" set on top of the track and wack it with a hammer to make an imprint on the wood.

carefully cut the indents with a hack saw blade and see how it fits, do this till it fits snug on the track. in my case i had to noch the block out to make room for the saw. Have fun!

I made a similar jig myself a while back. Guess I should have mailled that patent application.
Before you whack it with a hammer, make sure the track is square with the end of the block so you can use the edge as a guide for your saw to get straight cuts.
