Hi everyone, yes I'm new to the group. In the summerin the spring, summer and fall I like to do blacksmithing but though out the winter I enjoy paper and plastic models. I usually do science fiction models although I like planes also.

Welcome aboard! I thought carpentry/boatbuilding to paper modeling was a wide spread of interests - but you've got me beat by a mile. I assume the blacksmithing is paced by the demand, 'cause hanging out by a forge sounds like a great winter activity right about now.

Blacksmithing would be cool to try. If you ever do anything like building armor suits, then maybe you would consider designing a paper model of it? That way you'd be combining the skills of both hobbies!
