I have a magazine article from 1988 (MR) The fellow used a ATLAS relay to operate flashing RR Xing signals.They look like Model Power signals.I know they run on AC power;but don't you need some kind of actification device to make the lights flash on and off.Also could a simple red and green track side train control signal be built the same way?
