you probally flooded the engine. What you should do is take out the glow plug and suposing it has a pullstart pull on the pullstart a few times untill all the gas comes out the top. Then put the glow plug back on set the needle valve to 3 turns from closed. Closed is when it is all the wa down as far as it can go. Then prim it untill it reaches the carb open and prime 2 more times then pull the pull start and c if that works ok ok

    have fun Hpi nrs43racr

Im 13 and recently assembled an old original Rc10 Graphite R/C car which is older then me. The its electic and the motor on it is off balance I guess and the spur gear on it needs a special gear head for the motor to fit on it and i was wondering if it was possible to remove the head on the motor that isnt working and put it on one of my other motors. I was also wondering, if I have to get a completely new motor, how do you put a new motor gear head on? Thanks

when you say "remove the head" do you mean the gear on the end of the motor?

im assuming that when u say "head" u mean the gear. to change it the a set screw that goes thru the gear onto ur shaft. loosen that and the gear will pop off. to put a new one on reverse the prosses. maybe even put de-greser on the shaft to assure a tight ingagment.
