Hello everybody. My grandfather served on a gleaves class destroyer the uss hobson in world war ii and recently i took my two boys to charleston to see a destroyer like it and to see where it was built. They have become super interested in it and we are working together to learn its history i hope to learn enough here and possibly find a good set of plans to make a scale model of the hobson with my boys. Will take my time looking and learning and if anybody can hel please give me a shout.
