Help downloading uhu02's Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

Um....
How do I do it?
I read that you have to download a .exe, then... something with 4 parts of a file?
The RARs in the library just...lead to a page with nonsense.
Can someone help me?

Try to right click the links to .rar files and select "Save link as" or something like that. When you've got all 4 files, open part1.exe and unpack it. The result is pdf file.
