Hello Zealots!

I primarily build dioramas and began solely with WWII topics. But in the last year I've discovered the joy in scratchbuilt Sci-Fi. But it's been difficult to find a large enough forum dedicated to just that genre.

While I prefer styrene sheet for various reasons, what I've seen here has given me an interest in the possibilities of card and paper.

Recently completed 1/35 Star Wars ship. (scratchbuilt in styrene, resin and brass)

I'm thinking that another Star Wars ship may see its way onto the workbench in another few weeks.

Thanks for stopping by!

John

You did a FANTASTIC JOB on the Stormtrooper Transport! It looks like it is museum quality!

Once again, welcome aboard. I hope that you enjoy yourself here. I am looking forward to seeing more of your work!

If you're near Denver, we're having our annual club contest downstairs at Colpar Hobbies (their Havana and Jewell location) on Wednesday night, 7pm. It's small, but a good group and generally pretty good quality models on display.
Too far for me on weekdays.. I am south of the springs..but thanks for the info.
