If anybody cares, I expect to be pretty much off line for the next couple of weeks, starting this coming Sunday. My wife and I will be cruising from St. Petersburg to Moscow in Russia, and I don't expect to have much, if any, internet capability. Don't say too many bad things about me while I'm gone. I expect to be back after the 23rd.

Dave have a great time, and like Robin said take some photos. I have always thought Moscow would be neat to see.

Although you are a little more to the North and East of me, I wish you two a most interesting trip. As they say, St. Petersburg must be one of the most beautiful towns in the world.
Have a good time in Russia and bring back a few pics from there. And yes, they still have (broad gauged!) RRs there. Unfortunately most of the Russian steam is gone, but they sure have some impressive diesels...
