Foam Question

The foam my local Home Depot in NJ had was InsulFoam (sp) by Dow. It is white with a blue plastic sheet on one side and silver on the other. Has anyone else used this and do I need to remove the plastic covers? It looks like the stuff they used in the World's Greatest Hobby DVD.

All that the HD's in my neck of the woods (Central CA) carry is stryrofoam with sikver and white plastic sheeting, but it sound like the same stuff. It works fine, but makles a mess if you cut it with anything else than a hot foam cutter. I suggest that you peel the plastic sheeting off, at least from the top side, as some of it seems to peel right off.
