Finally finished my bridge project

At least the construction portion of it anyway. Just need to install it on the layout now. It's made from 3 of the Walthers double-track through truss bridges, with 2 of the Micro-Engineering steel viaduct towers. The ME towers are nice looking when finished, but the instructions are really bad. Painted it with red primer, with dustings of flat black and gray primer. Glad to have the construction phase of this behind me now.

Eddie, I've already seen quite a lot of steel truss bridges - but as Ray already pointed out, these steel towers put the whole bridge in a class of its own! Your model looks beautiful, and the coloring is outstanding, too!

Hoyle - I'm set in 1963, so no moderns will be crossing this one. It's a time of early GPs for my layout.
