I wanted to know about the quality of service from the website Factory Direct Trains? I was thinking about ordering from them but I wanted to know if anyone has had problems with them in the past.
Any comments, good or bad, would be great.

I just got a shipment from them, they were fast, no trouble as far as i could tell.

Have now ordered four times from them - shipped to Uk promptly and without problems.
I always keep an eye them for possible cheap 0n30 fodder.
