Email Notification Help???

This may seem kind of simple, but how do you stop getting emails from the gauge every time that you post a reply or there is a reply to your thread?

I have the same problem as well. I have to go on my E-Mail every 30 minutes to clear all ofthe crap out:curse:

Go to User CP, Then click on "Edit Options" click on down arrow were it says "instant email notification", then in there click on "No email notification". or click on "do not subscribe". :thumb:
