The truck turns but it takes about a second before it actually starts to. I've replaced the servo and the servo saver. Any suggestions?

I never would of guessed that. I'll check it out today. As you can tell I'm a little rusty at these. It's been 12 years since working on these.

    Thanks

Would the fact that I was running it outside in 28 degree temps cause this? I was just running it at lunch and it's 35 degrees.

it might have gotten wet or has dirt inside, is it covered?

It is covered and I do believe it has gotten a little wet.
