Thanks a lot everyone! Aartwmich, here as requested is how the overall layout is looking. The first shot is the right side of an L-shape. The track is going to run behind all the buildings against the backdrop. The second shot is the industrial switching area where I'm ripping out track that has become far too complicated for such a small area.

Thanks again for all the encouragement folks! You guys (and gals) make it all much more fun!

That is an absolutely beautiful vignette, Val! Not only is the modelling wonderful, you've added to it with a superb camera angle, and excellent lighting.

It's also really nice to see the overall shots of your layout. I think you get the "cleanest layout" award. Mine looks like a workbench, not really a layout!

Thanks Val...it's looking good, nice clouds. :thumb: It's come MUCH further than the last time I saw it! I assume that all those buildings are just sitting there (not glued down) and you can move them to install track?
