hello mileswestern---these pictures were taken last june while on vacation---great state to visit---lots of train stuff---looks like lots of canadian equipment ends up in the US

You're right, Mister Nutbar, about there being lots of Canadian stuff down in the States: they keep our train stuff, but howcum they sent you back??:D :D As Mister Nutbar is well aware, FPA/FPB-4s are among my favourite locos, and it's always nice to see them again.

Nice pics! The April 2006 issue of TRAINS includes an article about dinner trains and includes a photo of the Napa Valley Wine Train passing a vineyard.

Cool shots, like vintage chilled wine. :D Another place to see FP's is the Grand Canyon Railway. In fact it's even better because they get to run faster than 10 mph.
