What an odd coincidence! I actually got a little bored with the Su-17/MiG-19 and started on the MiG-25/31.

Ohhh, you said MiG-15/17 first. No worries, those should be easy, they're cigar shaped. The MiG-25/31 will be slightly more difficult since they have irregular shapes, and I don't know how to use modelling programs. Ojimak's F-15 will probably provide some useful insight.

Another Sukhoi, Stormeagle? You all aren't getting sick of the Russian planes? :p

I'd be glad to do the plane you've posted Dragos, but I need to know what it is so I can get some more reference images.

Anyway, I can churn out the parts for models pretty quickly, the issue then becomes building and documenting for instructions. Those of you who have downloaded the models I've designed so far may have noticed the instructions getting steadily less helpful...sorry. If anyone would like to help I would appreciate it.

Alright, since I have two votes to do the MiG-15/17 next, I will, though I went ahead and designed the MiG-31 already. I built the prototype this morning, and got it nearly perfect on the first try. I also tested its flight capabilities, and it glided like a dream, I think it has the most stable flight of any of the models I've designed so far. The F-25 flew well, and the F-86 did alright. The MiG-21 and similar Sukhois flew pretty much like darts, not so much like planes.

I finished the MiG-15/17 kit, and have made three different color schemes, one normal, one red aerobatic team jet, and one dark MiG. The MiG-17 ventral fin is included, add it to make a MiG-17, or leave it off to make a MiG-15.

No instructions yet. Its not very difficult to build, so the adventurous can give it a shot as soon as they like. For the rest of you, the instructions should be done tomorrow.

Version 1: Silver
Version 2: Red
Version 3: Dark

Edit: Added a fourth file called "Mini MiGs". This is a single-page PDF of all three variants scaled down. I'm not sure what scale that puts them in, but I think it might be around 1/144. We'll see.
