Delta 7 Gemini on Ebay - is it legit?

Saw this today, it's obviously Delta 7 Studios:

    Gemini IV on Ebay

But this one states that it's printed on card stock, and there's just the one model. I know that they are currently selling them in sets on CD.

Did Delta 7 ever publish these singly like this in print form?

I would say they are pirate models as they are always on there, unless of course it is delta 7 selling them.

If i remember correctly, these are preprinted kits sold by PMI, and this guy is reselling his kit to make "space"

    these are legit kits

Yes, I just checked PMI and they do indeed have them individually, this one being 8.95.

Think I'll pass anyway - I think I'd rather have the CD version at some point.

    Easy decision. Boycott Ebay.

Seriously. They support and allow sellers to sell pirated material with no penalty and even reimburse them for kits bought but not paid for by buyers who realize they ended an auction and find they have a pirated model.

eBay merchant "lexfrog" is a legitimate reseller of Delta 7 models. I asked Dan about this in March. If you're an eBay customer you can add lexfrog to your favorite sellers with a comment to that effect.

Thanks! I will continue to look in on his offerings in the future...
