Hello All,
We are trying something a little different in response to some discussions on the lists as of late. A lot of questions have come up about civil aircraft (or the lack of it) and also there were some inquiries about scale model engines for aircraft.

We did both. About a week ago we released a civilian racer prototype (ca. 1929) for the Schneider Cup and this week we announce the release of a common engine used in German aircraft of WWII, Daimler-Benz 601 in 1:32-scale.

Future releases of these kinds of models will depend upon interest (sales). Historically military models are available in abundance due to the interest (again read as sales) over civil aircraft. If you want to see more civilian models of aircraft then support your vendors and designers.

Model will be posted to the site ( http://www.teuton.org/dbarnett ) later this afternoon and will be available for distribution at that time as well. Suggestions for other aircraft engines are welcome.

DeWayne
