I made a GP9 chop nose from one of the $15 LL GP20's from Model Expo. Not the best, but I did it myself, and it's one of a kind. I think it will look good in the yard. I still have to weather it also.

HO scale? It is an N scale model, it runs very smooth, just like a Kato, it pulls about the same amount of cars too!

The decals are from Micro Scale, I put decal set on first, then position the decal, quickly, then brush more decal set on after. If there is los of detail under the decal, I use 2 or 3 coats of this stuff.
