Chief - Happy B-day to the "boss lady" hehehehe

Saw Clone Wars - Not bad at all... We were thinking that 31 years ago we were watching the original Star Wars movie in the theaters and it was surreal.. :) Funny how that stuff works.. :D

The movie follows the comments that George Lucas made a few months ago.. It's basically the first 3 Cartoon Network Clone Wars -- Coming Soon!!! Now I can't wait for them to start on TV!! :D :D..

Chief: Happy B'day to the wife.

    Good morning.

It's 75, cloudy and raining here in the Sportsman's Paradise. The high is expected to be in the upper 80's with, you guessed it, more rain.

Yesterday I went to mow my parents yard and had to stop just after I started. One of the blades hit a big root and got bent to about 20 or 25 degrees which did a pretty good job of digging up the ground but wasn't any good for cutting grass. Had to go to Lowe's to get a new one. Now you know they just won't sell you one blade. You have to buy the set. So now I have a couple of spares. Getting the blade was what took the longest. Taking the bent one off and putting the new one on took only 15 minutes. I finally got their big yard cut, finishing 4 hours after I started. I got a little computer time after that then had to get ready to go out to dinner with my sister and my parents. Yesterday was my sister's 53rd birthday so it was a special occasion. She didn't want any special cake or anything that would call undue attention. Well, she got torpedoed on that. Her birthday cake was 24 cupcakes with 53 candles.

It is almost never the same group of musicians every month there are regulars that show up most of the time too. Some are professional others are beginners but it is all good free entertainment. It is a small Baptist church but it draws a big crowd 3rd friday of the month. Last night there were 14 performers and a few I never seen before in addition to a few regulars.

Was a total surprise. She was not even thinking of a party. She was so stunned she just stood there for a few seconds. Great Italian food and drinks. Lots of co-workers, family, Church friends and neighbors. Now to rest. Got to go down east tomorrow for Eagles family reunion. Good night.

    Good morning.

It's 73 and partly cloudy. The high today is expected to be around 90 with a chance of thunderstorms.

Yesterday I finished up the mowing then helped my nephew wire up the lights on his car trailer. The danged things didn't want to act right. We connected every wire just as they should be and the lights still wouldn't do what they were supposed to do. The running lights would work OK until until a turn signal was turned on then all the lights would start flashing. We back tracked all the connections and finally found the problem. It was a bad connection in the plug, which was brand new. We put another plug on and everything works great now.
