Worked on this a while this week.
Nice building, looks good.
I try and save those projects for those long cold winter months. But then again who the hell wants to be out in this heat.
Morning all. Off to TCA train show. Great job on the building, Gil. Cooler and cloudy.
Good Stormy Morning from Western Wisconsin!

Have a good Sunday all! :thumb:
Good Morning All from NE Ohio
Where the temp is 68 deg and headed to 85 with Blue Clear Skies.
We have finish the clean up from our flood and our trains have survide without any damage to the layout. We hook them back up to the DCS TIU this past week and put power to them. All looks well. aussie balloon6
Maybe things will get back to normal now, except our A/C unit died this past Thursday night. So we now need to replace it. wall1

Have a good day all!
Morning all. Didn't get to check in yesterday. Stayed busy shimming and installing a new threshold at the back door where new tile floor was installed. Was it a hot and humid job. Door had to be cut off and it was HEAVY. Got to mow today even though it has not rained. Need rain bad. Suppose to be another hot and humid one. Have a good day.
This forum is s- l- o -wwww..SLOW!
I can drink a cup of jow waiting on it to open.
Gil, guess you didn't see my post on CTT asling how much you would charge to do the coal tipple? Wonder if it could be shipped with out damage????
No I missed that, I dont go there often.
The one I did was a kit in HO.
I plan on scratch building one in O soon perhaps.
I assume you want one in O gauge?
I dont know Chief, not much but let me see how this works out and how tuiff or easy it all is.
I may not be successful.
In ho from the wathers kit I could do it easy.
Thanks Gil, let me know when you do the O gauge.
Morning. Off to Mom's down east. Have a good one.
Good Morning from Western Wisconsin!

Hope all is well with your Mom Chief.
Have a good day!
This forum takes about 10 seconds to process a post or open one.
I am tired of fooling around trying to read them.
Alaso when I make a post it will nor take to the post i made.
Gotcha beat Gil - Deleting duplicate posts takes about 2 minutes - I hate this when it runs slow And yes, I made an Oops and deleted your original with the copies.... just wanted you to know that someone knows it's running slow
Seems the more the posts the slower some times.
If you exceed your band width posting or so-forth,
it will also drag.
Another possible cause is how many pix are on the
thread because Graphics take a lot of band width.
Some of these threads have a whole bunch of great
pix on them.
The time of day and people in your area using
what ever your provider is can really slow you down.
the DSL in our area is slower in the mid and late day and
really fast in the early am.
Kinda like me in the mornings!!!
Too late but... to make a long story a little shorter,
its most likely not the Gauges fault entirely.
Maybe an off site storage system for files older than
say 30 days would speed things up. That way they
are not loading on every log on and you could still
access them when needed.
OK that is good, I dont feel so frustrated any long.
ASeems faster now.
I dont care what you delete of mine, it is OK.
I post almost daily, no one will miss it
I've seen several references to CTT, can you let us (the ignoramii) know what it is and how to go there (wherever "there" is..).
You guys shouldn't complain, my dial-up is currently running at 26.4 Kbps...Now THAT'S slow. I've gotten used to it. So it goes.
The CTT is Clasic Toy Trains Forum and here is a link to it
