Afternoon all. Went to pond at 6:30 AM. Stayed until 10:30. Went backa nd sprayed Roundup on the grass on the paths [had held down good until the big rain]. Left at 12:30 and still no horses. Guess they knew I was waiting. I catch them one day. Got corn fromt eh garden along with tomatoes and cucumber and squash. Pam is making her famous pickle relish. :thumb: Later.

Most of my trucks are plastic kits from Promotex, Walthers, A-line, Trucks N' Stuff, Atlas and Athearn. But ya I do have some diecast one's, The Norscot Construction (most important of them all), and Model Power and a couple are Matchbox and Hotwheels. Those last 2 are a little out of scale but they work.

It is the start of the monsoon, it's hot and humid in the mornings with afternoon thunder storms. We have a few wildfires burning in the area started by the storms.
Wiring up that DCC system sounds like fun Lynn. Should be nice when it's done though.
Nice to see photos of your layout again Tom.

Afternoon all. Early Church, Sunday School, checked the pond and then to a big buffet with some friends. Ate the whole thing. :D Came in and napped. Now getting to computer. Think I will run trains this PM. Mow again tomorrow and get ready for our big 4th hot dogs and hamburgers. Later.

When I posted on this thread I thought the last post was a year ago. Now I can see it is 103 pages strong! Wow this is great. I don't often go for the Bay for train stuff but this was from a near by store in my state. They don't fit in with MTH sized buildings so I put the Lionel at one end of the layout. The Stations look and work great. I had them as a kid but my Dad made the misteak of also giving me a BB rifle. So the trains and buildings took a beating. Getting the old stations back was like a second chance......

Good Morning Everyone.
It rained pretty hard all night here. Lots of thunder.
Sun is trying to shine now. Going up to 84 today. Maybe more rain.
Think I will run trains this afternoon. Have a good day.
Chuck
