Had a nice ride back yesterday from Virginia.

Today I saw four pulp wood flats on the CSX in the yards at Charley West.
I get a real thrill as I have been making log cars in several gauges all winter for C&O use.

where the temp is 66 deg and falling to 60 deg with on and off rain. :cry: Chief the tunnel ports are from MTH. I really like the looks of them. The Lionel ones have the big L in the middle of them.
Work has now turned to landscaping the custom layout.

where the temp is 50 deg and heading to 52 with overcast skies.

Work is almost done with the custom build layout. We should finish the ground cover today. Here is a pic of part of the pond.
I have gained 30 pounds since the first of December stopping at the Go Mart for a large coffee and a pack of Gems donuts.
I do it 3 days a week and eat luch there.
I will be finished with this therapy the first of June and maybe I can scrink a bit.
The hospital in Va. just called and said the good news is my liver biopsy is the same with no change as the one in March however in March it looked bad.
The said lose wieght and keep working on my blood sugar.
I dont know what to make of it.

where the temp is 52 and headed to 62 with more rain. What a surprise! Hope all the Mom's had a great day. We did the cooking and launder for ours.
We are into the last day of finishing this layout.
The rest of the trees (we bought a forest) will be mounted after we move the layout to its new home tomorrow.
