Gil - the Acela belongs to a friend of mine in the club. It is a beautiful machine, but a bit too modern for my collecting tastes. I prefer steam. Sorry - no leads from me for the Fastrack. I use traditional tubular on my layout.

Spanky - great photo as usual!

Miles - good to have you stop in! Drop in every once in a while.

Cold here today. Started at 30 and may get to 60. Nice and sunny.

Going to stay cool in Dallas over the weekend. HIghs will be in 50's. HAve had two lows below freezing (barely) the last two nights. Sort of normal N. Texas winter at this point, but extremely dry again.

Yesterday we pick up about 6" of snow and with west side of town pick up 12" of lake effect. For once it hit them and not us sign1 .

I have to go to Boulder, CO, tomorrow morning for a trip. Back late Wed night.

Here are some shots of my new Lionel Empire State Express Century Club II set. Lionel has shipped 5 of 7 cars so far. They are beaut's! Very detailed for hi-Rail!

And the best part - Two BARS! Here is a shot of the waiter at the semicircular bar in the Observation car!

Great shots Roy. Back home for a while. Mickey and Minnie are cold today and tomorrow. They had posted a freeze warning down there. Great trip and sold lots of chargers. Only bad thing about working Orlando, flight home on Sunday night is always full of little tired kids that fuss all the. :cry: Hey, 32 here right now. Been in the 20's.
