where the temp is 45 and headed to 51 with overcast skies. With temps like this, is winter over????Well today we had to return to work for a couple of day, the off again for a long weekend.

Morning all. Big rains last night. Thunder too. Snow in 10 days???? According to weatherperson, no. Suppose to be unseasonably warm. OK with me as Natural Gas prices went up [all heating prices except wood went up]. Off to the sandhills part of NC. Going to see buddy [in his 80's] that flew and retired Navy, flew Air America during Nam and then NC Forest Sevice until he was 72. I use to go down on the coast and fly fire patrol with him. One interesting guy. Have a good one and God bless.

Yeah - but the day goes slower when you're not too busy
I have a busy schedule today - I have to print out two reports and wait on the counter (About 6 maint men are here out of 22) -- I work in the supply warehouse.
I have to edit a bid and do some general cleaning...
Then I have to figure out what I'm doing for the other 7 hours
Of course, I could probably find my way in here a couple more times LOL
Morning all. Gone for a day and half. Got in a new Atlas NS GP30. Wow, what detail. Got it a big discount on OGR Buy and Sell board. Was new in the box [never been run]. Cloudy and chance of a shower or two and then clearing around noon. Warm. N Gauger, how far are you from Harrisburg? Will be there in Feb or March at BPS for a weekend. Think I am going to Cablea's in Hamburg around the same time. Have a great day and God bless all.

Well work yesterday ended at 10:00am when MIS had to take down our mainframes and do some upgrades. So only worked 1/2 day and now off until Tuesday.
We are spending the New Years Eve with our family, nice and quite.

The snow that fell yesterday, turned back to rain and is all melted.
We went to my MIL last night, but were home by 10:30.

We had rain & a bit of T-storms yesterday - one just missed us. We heard the thunder but couldn't see the lightning (too bright a day, I guess). We're dry today, going up to 44, then rain coming back tonight (from ohio) I'll give you a dollar to keep all this lousey weather in Ohio

Morning gang. Light rain. Might get some heavy TStorms this afternoon. Well, ran trains and fished yesterday. Mom always said that what you did on New Year's day is what you would do all year long. Guess I got that covered. Have a good one and God bless.

Morning Guyz & Galz. It is a nice cold 32 degrees here in Portage, Pa. Supposed to get some freezing rain & thunderstorms today. Hopefully nothing will happen that I have to go out in the weather, but that rarely happens that I get to stay in a warm house. I plan on doing something train wise today if I can.
