Going to the hardware store to find a handle.
I wonder how the hardware store responds to "do you have a handle for my for Colt 45 machine gun!!" :v8:
When I go this week I,ll let you Know.
The prototype handles for the original Maxim machinegun were allegedly taken from haybale hooks.
I have no idea if that is true, or apocryphal, but it would not surprise me were it true.
Hiram Maxim was not a great spender of money at that time of his life.
It would not seem unreasonable to model similar handles for the weapon you are building.
Which model is a very fine example and a pleasure to see.
Kind and Respectful Regards, Uyraell.
Thanks I,m cheap too so after looking at the hardware store and getting that,s really cool from the people there ,when I told them and showed them that I was making.I decided to make my own.8.00 US is too expenive for me.
The handle is made of a styrofoam ball some spackling paste and paper.
Just about ready to build the cart
What a nice way to keep the neighbors in check, just put them outside for a while!
That would be true when I was living in Springfield .But where I live now in Palmer it,s nice and quiet.
Starting the shield.
This is beyond amazing. I'm just slack-jawed!
