Closeup Photography

    Here's a shot I took yesterday of two of my H0 people standing on a tree stump.
    The photo was taken using my Olympus C-700 Ultra Zoom.
    I set it to Aperture priority and +2 value which extends the focus mode, then used macro to take the photo at 1” from the subject.

    Everybody sing along, "....I'm a lumberjack & I'm OK / I sleep all night & I work all day..." (sorry, couldn't resist that) :D

    That's great Shamus! Do you paint those figures yourself? I've never attempted HO scale eyeballs before, & now that I'm painting these little N scale guys, the whole face is nothing but a tiny dot!

    That is an absolutely unbelievable photograph! Your skills with the camera are marvelous. That was obvious from the first photo I saw posted here at the Gauge and is certainly evidenced in the picutes you took that at included in the Walthers Catalog(ue).
