Changing Couplers for Life Like FA-1 FB-1

[FONT=ARIAL,DEFAULT]Any recommendations on how to do this? I have been told that you cannot convert the coupler on the front of the FA-1. If that's the case, I might as well only convert the coupler at the rear of the B unit since they always run together.[/FONT]

Any help is appreciated.

anything can be converted, it is just how much effort you want to put in to it. the older FA's with the big nasty hole in the pilots is a little difficult to cover, I would just get you sone this styrine, then bend it and shape it untill it fits with in the hole, then make the mesurements for the coupler hole.

I don't think MT makes a conversion but I'm not sure.
